These terms apply when you use the WORNWIDE website, visit our shop, or place an order with us through Instagram or another channel we confirm. By using the site or completing an order, you agree to these terms and any order-specific details we confirm with you.

Most WORNWIDE pieces are pre-owned, individually sourced, and available in a quantity of one. Age, fading, cracking, repairs, marks, and other wear may form part of a vintage item’s condition and character.

We aim to describe and photograph pieces accurately, but screens, lighting, and vintage sizing can vary. Ask for measurements, close-ups, or condition details before confirming your order.

Adding, viewing, or messaging about a piece does not reserve it. An item remains available until WORNWIDE explicitly confirms the order or reservation. Because stock is often one-of-one, a piece may sell before the website or social post is updated.

To order, send us the product name or a screenshot. We will confirm availability, final price, payment method, and delivery or collection details. Your message is a request to buy, not an accepted order.

An order is accepted only when we clearly confirm it. We may decline or cancel a request before acceptance if a piece is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, customs duties, bank fees, or other order-specific costs may be added and will be communicated before payment where known.

Use only the payment instructions sent through an official WORNWIDE channel. The website does not currently take card payments directly. An order may be released if payment is not received within the time we confirm.

Available delivery or in-store collection options depend on your location and will be confirmed per order. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and address information and for responding to the carrier. Additional costs caused by incorrect details, missed delivery, or unclaimed parcels may be charged where permitted.

Because every vintage piece is different, review the photos, measurements, and disclosed condition before purchase. Return, exchange, or cancellation eligibility will be communicated for your order and remains subject to applicable consumer law.

If you believe an item is materially different from what was confirmed, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photos. Do not wear, wash, alter, or damage the piece while a return request is being reviewed.

Vintage materials may need specialist care. Any care guidance is general unless specifically confirmed for the item. You are responsible for checking labels and choosing an appropriate cleaning method after purchase.

WORNWIDE names, branding, photography, graphics, copy, and site design belong to WORNWIDE or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Do not scrape, copy, republish, impersonate, interfere with, or misuse the site or its content. Product trademarks shown on vintage items belong to their respective owners.

Instagram, maps, payment services, and delivery providers operate under their own terms. WORNWIDE is not responsible for third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, WORNWIDE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use, delays, third-party services, or misuse of a product.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms as the shop or ordering process changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Terms confirmed for an existing order continue to apply to that order.
